Prices are shown before taxes where applicable. Unless stated otherwise, you may request a refund within 14 days if the course does not match its description and no certificate has been issued.

Certificates verify completion of course requirements. They are not a guarantee of regulatory compliance; employers remain responsible for site-specific training obligations.

7. Disclaimers

Training is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cosmolance FireSafe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to upload sensitive data unless agreed in writing.

10. Governing law
